Thank you for your ongoing trust and support in using Synergix Enterprise Resource Planning<\/a><\/strong> (ERP) System. We value your feedback and today, we\u2019ve released some new updates for the benefit of all of our customers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Here are some helpful features and refinements that we have rolled out for the month of January 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n

FINANCE & PAYROLL<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. Employee Career Progression Report (FC: TH6R_PY_400195)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In Synergix ERP software<\/a><\/strong>, the Employee Career Progression report pulls together key events relating to employees’ career progression and displays the changes in employee designation, department, compensation package, and even bonus figures over time. This report can be used by HR professionals as well as the management team to quickly analyze the position and salary movements of employees over the course of their employment.<\/p>\n

2. UOB AP Payment Bank File \u2013 Cater for Fast (FC: TH6_UOB_BANK_FILE_EXPORT)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In the Account Payable module of Synergix ERP software<\/a><\/strong>, the UOB Bank Text File contains all payment information to instruct the bank to make payments. Previously, the Synergix ERP solutions<\/a><\/strong> provides this feature for companies using the GIRO payment transfer method with service type Normal or Express only. Now, our system can also cater for the Fast service type which allows users to make payments 24\/7.<\/p>\n

PROJECT & CONTRACT<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. Income Category Type Maintenance (TH6_PJ_INCOME_CATEGORY_TYPE)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Income Category Type<\/strong> is a new maintenance screen in Synergix ERP System<\/a><\/strong>, which is designed to help users to maintain the list of Income Category Type. Income Category is the lowest of Income Code Structure.<\/p>\n

The Income Code Structure is made up of Income Division > Income Group > Income Category. By maintaining the master list of Income Category type, ERP system<\/a><\/strong> users can then look up and select the type of each Income Category in the Income Code Structure maintenance screen.<\/p>\n

SCM & MFG<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. Make Workhead Group Optional in Project Material Request (TH6_PU_PROJECT_MATERIAL_REQUEST_BY_BGT_SCH_V1)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In Module Configuration, ERP Software<\/a><\/strong> users can setup Filter Budget Schedule No. by Workhead Group for Project Material Request screen of Purchase module. ERP software users can choose whether the Workhead group is an optional or mandatory input at the Project Material Request screen.<\/p>\n

2. Notification Alert for Requestor and Purchaser when Purchase Requisition – Sourcing is not approved (FC: TH6_PU_ORDER_BY_BGT_SCH_V1)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

This feature sends a notification to the Requestor and Purchaser upon the rejection of \u201cPurchase Requisition \u2013 Sourcing\u201d vouchers by the Approving Officer. The notification list will be shown when clicking on the notification button on the top bar of the screen.<\/p>\n

3. Subject Field \u2013 Project Material Request screen (FC: TH6_PU_PROJECT_MATERIAL_REQUEST_BY_BGT_SCH_V1)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Synergix Technologies has added a new field called \u201cSubject\u201d to the Project Material Request screen. This subject will be able to flow to Purchase Requisition – Sourcing, Purchase Order, and Goods Receiving screens.<\/p>\n
