SERVICE<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. ERP Quotation Lead Report (FC: TH5 – TH6R_SV_200051, RPT_KEY=TH6R_SV_200051)<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

On Service Quotation, besides the information about product, price, customer, it also includes the salesperson who is in charge of the customer. To generate reports for New Leads and Quotation, the Quotation Lead Report could be used as both New Leads and Quotation Report. Now, 6 additional fields are added in the report including New Enquiry \/ Lead Date, Product Code \/ Description, Qty, Unit, Rate and Amount.<\/p>\n

CONTRACT<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

1. Active Contract Detail Report (FC<\/strong>: 4311<\/strong>)<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The Active Contract Detail Report pulls data from detail item in Contract Screen. Now the report is added with more fields including Customer Code, Customer Address, Delivery Address, Sales Person, OA Code, OA Desc, OA Charge, Item Remarks and Internal Remarks.<\/p>\n

PROJECT<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. Quotation filter in <\/strong>Project Quotation Listing Report (FC: TH5 \u2013 01862)<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

There are two Select Fields which are Project Name and Sales Person Code to filter in the Project Quotation Listing Report. Now, Synergix ERP System<\/strong><\/a> users can add “Customer Name” in the drop-down list of Select Field as a report filter for Project Quotation Listing Report.<\/p>\n

Please note that to enable this screen, please add this form code to user role (Master Setup – Security – Role Master)<\/p>\n

SCM<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

1. In Shipment History with Cost and Project Allocation report (FC: TH6R_LG_600064)<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

In Shipment History with Cost and Project Allocation report enables ERP system<\/a><\/strong> users to view shipments received and the costs associated with items purchased for individual projects.<\/p>\n

2. Import \/ Export Permit Number Report (FC: TH5 – TH5R_LG_300065, TH5 – TH5R_LG_300066)<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Synergix ERP System<\/a><\/strong> users can enable the Import \/ Export Permit Number feature by setting the config Module Config \/ Logistic \/ Outgoing Shipment to \u201cYes\u201d. ERP software users can also generate report for Import \/ Export Permit Number in an Excel Sheet now.<\/p>\n

Kindly take note that, once this config is set to Yes, system will fail the submission and prompt error message if user forgets to fill in Export Permit Number for any inventory item.<\/p>\n

3<\/strong><\/span>. Sales Backlog Report (FC: TH5 \u2013 TH5R_SO_300007, RPT_KEY=TH5R_SO_300007)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Sales Backlog Report in Synergix ERP System<\/a><\/strong> shows the quantity and total amount in a Sales Order, the quantity and total amount of order which were delivered. ERP system users can also view the backlog of order in this<\/p>\n

4. Monthly Sales Orders Report (TH6R_SO_500002)<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The Monthly Sales Orders Report gives ERP Software<\/a><\/strong> users an overview of the information about customers, products. In detailed, the monthly report includes the quantity and total amount of money of products ordered by these customers.<\/p>\n
