Progressive Claim Invoice Details (no signature) Business Format<br \/>\n<\/b><strong>Form code: <\/strong><b><span data-teams=\"true\">TH6BS_PJ_300550<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Synergix ERP\u2019s Project module, we have introduced a new version of the Progressive Claim Invoice business format with the following changes:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Relocating the header contact box to the top left corner of the form<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Displaying the &#8216;Customer PO No.&#8217; if there is available data.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remove the physical signature box and replace it with the message: \u201cThis is a computer-generated document. No signature is required.\u201d&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Removing the physical signature provides the benefits as such:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reduced paperwork and costs by eliminating the need for printing, mailing and storing&nbsp; It will be implemented in two phases from 1 April 2025 to manage the manpower impact on employers, and allow them time to adjust their operational and manpower arrangements:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(i) Phase 1<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Eligible working parents of Singapore citizen children born on or after 1 April 2025 will be entitled to 6 weeks of SPL;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(ii) Phase 2<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Eligible working parents of Singapore citizen children born on or after 1 April 2026 will be entitled to 10 weeks of SPL.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;The updates include: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add leave option &#8220;Shared Parental Leave&#8221; and auto-calculate leaves day for eligible employees. By default, expected leave entitlement for Shared Parental Leave will be equally distributed between the two parents.
