In Synergix ERP software<\/a>, we have update the Email icon. Instead of the old @ icon, now we use Envelope icon. As this icon is a more common icon to represent email, we hope it will bring more convenient to Synergix ERP Software users.  <\/span><\/h3>\n

From now, when using Project Material Request – Budget V1 and Project Material Request – Budget V2, Synergix Software users can chose document numbering scheme in Summary screen, following steps in the image below: <\/span><\/p>\n

2. Fixing Claimable Quantity or Amount column in Project Claim (FC: TH6_PJ_PROJECT_CLAIM_V1)<\/b><\/h3>\n

On Project Claim screen, there are 2 options user can choose to claim. The first is claim by project, which means claim by actual completed percent of a project, by total project sum. The second is claim by phase, which means claim by the amount of each phase (or item) in a project, because a project has many phases. At claim by phase, there are two claim options: 1 is by amount, and 2 is by quantity. <\/span><\/h3>\n

This enhancement is about the Claimable Quantity or Amount column. When the user chose claim option as Quantity then the value of Claimable Quantity column will become Claimable Quantity, chose Amount then the value of this column will become claimable amount. <\/span><\/p>\n
