Project & Contract
1. Progressive Claim Invoice Details (no signature) Business Format

In Synergix ERP’s Project module, we have introduced a new version of the Progressive Claim Invoice business format with the following changes:
- Relocating the header contact box to the top left corner of the form
- Displaying the ‘Customer PO No.’ if there is available data.
- Remove the physical signature box and replace it with the message: “This is a computer-generated document. No signature is required.”
Removing the physical signature provides the benefits as such:
- Reduced paperwork and costs by eliminating the need for printing, mailing and storing physical documents
- Secured storage by storing in digital repositories, eliminating the risk of loss or damage associated with physical documents, also easy retrieval of the digital documents.

In the Synergix ERP software’s Project module, we have implemented financial period control on posting the transactions to ensure that financial transactions are recorded in the correct accounting period.
With this update:
- The above-mentioned form codes had implemented financial period control based on the period of PJ, AR, AP and GL modules.
- Financial period validation is executed upon voucher submission instead of date field selection, allowing users to continue working on draft vouchers while awaiting financial period closing by the finance team.
3. Gantt Chart: Export Excel Function

In Synergix ERP software Project Gantt Chart module, we have made changes on the Project Gantt Chart screen to allow users to export the Gantt Chart in Excel format.
We add new option “Export to Excel” when user click to export button on Project Gantt Chart screen.When the data is exported to Excel, the scale will follow what the Gantt Chart screen is displaying.

SCM & MFG
1. Create a Business Format (Sales Quotation,Sales Order, Delivery Order, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order ) without Signature (Formcode: TH6BS_SA_600916, TH6BS_PU_600925)
Apply for Sales Order screen, module SA; Purchase Order screen, module PU.
This update has been implemented to improve consistency and clarity in system-generated documents:
- Consistency: Helps reduce human error or delays that may occur while waiting for physical signatures.
- Clarity: Clearly indicates that the document is system-generated and considered final, which helps minimize confusion.
The updates include:
- Signature, stamp, and date fields will be removed from the Sales Order layout.
- A note will be added to indicate that no signature is required.
- The footer of the document will be simplified to better support automated processes.
Payroll & Finance
1.Payroll: Shared Parental Leave

Apply for the Leave module.
Regarding the Government, the new Shared Parental Leave (SPL) scheme comprises 10 weeks of paid parental leave, shared between both parents. It will be implemented in two phases from 1 April 2025 to manage the manpower impact on employers, and allow them time to adjust their operational and manpower arrangements:
(i) Phase 1: Eligible working parents of Singapore citizen children born on or after 1 April 2025 will be entitled to 6 weeks of SPL;
(ii) Phase 2: Eligible working parents of Singapore citizen children born on or after 1 April 2026 will be entitled to 10 weeks of SPL.
The updates include:
- Add leave option “Shared Parental Leave” and auto-calculate leaves day for eligible employees. By default, expected leave entitlement for Shared Parental Leave will be equally distributed between the two parents. Admin can also deduct or add SPL for employee as long as the total SPL does not exceed the max value for both parents.
- All Shared Parental Leave will be carried forward and system will validate that it must be used within 12 months from child’s Date of Birth.
